Public informational meetings will be held in Roundup and Harlowton on June 22nd and 23rd respectively. The first meeting will be on Monday, June 22nd, in Roundup, at the Ambulance Barn, located at 704 1st Street East. The second meeting will be on Tuesday, June 23rd, in Harlowton, at the USDA Service Center, located at 809 2nd Avenue NW. Both meetings will run from 7:00 p.m. to approximately 8:30 p.m.

The stakeholder review version of the draft Musselshell E. coli TMDL document is available on the TMDL Development page. Stakeholder comments will be accepted until Friday, June 4, 2021. The document will then be released for a public comment period, the dates of which have not been determined yet. Contact Lou Volpe with any questions. |
June 24, 2021 |
The draft Musselshell E. coli TMDL document will be available for public comment from July 5, 2021 until 11:59 p.m. August 2, 2021. The document and information on submitting comments will be posted to DEQ's website at: https://deq.mt.gov/public/publiccomment. A public meeting will be held virtually via Zoom on July 14, 2021 at 5 p.m. where DEQ will provide information about the document and answer questions. Zoom information can be found in the "Meetings and Presentations" table below. |

The Musselshell E. coli TMDLs and Water Quality Improvement Plan was approved by the U.S. EPA on August 13, 2021. The final document is now available on DEQ's website at: https://deq.mt.gov/water/Programs/sw |
